Young Mexican starlet, Giovanni Dos Santos, has officially moved to Tottenham from Barcelona. His 4.7 million pound move will officially take place on July 1st when the European transfer window opens. Barcelona will get 20% of any further transfer in the next two years, and after that, they will receive 10%.
