Jozy Altidore has oficially agreed to terms with Villareal, and will be unveiled today at a press conference. The deal can't officially happen until July 1 when the European transfer window opens. We don't know his salary, but it will be considerably more than his 108,000 dollars a year salary for the Red Bulls. It is also posible he could be loaned out to Recreativo Huelva, so he can have more playing time.

Spanish Newspaper Marca, is reporting that Jozy Altidore is extremely close to signing for Villareal. A reported $10 million fee will be payed to The Red Bulls and Altidore could play his final game at the Meadowlands on Sunday for the USA against Argentina. He would be loaned to Recreativo Huelva immediately upon his arrival.
